Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Return Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the tech accessories in their original retail packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our quality control team will inspect the returned items within 5 business days of receipt, and your refund will be issued to your original payment method immediately after.
